Substack adds an AI detector to help spot blogs written by no one

Substack is introducing a new tool to help users identify blog posts that may have been written by AI. The tool, powered by AI detection company Pangram, can scan content to estimate the likelihood of AI-generated or AI-assisted text. Readers can access the feature by selecting "Scan for AI text" from the menu on posts over 100 words, with the tool currently available on the web and iOS app, and soon on Android. The feature aims to provide transparency and assist users in determining the authenticity of the content they read on the platform.
